Description:Opened in 1891, it was built by Rowland Winn, first Lord St. Oswald, as a gift to the town. It was designed by Joseph Stretch Crowther. It became redundant in 1984 and is now used by North Lincolnshire Council to house 20-21 Visual Arts Centre.
